How Texan Heartland Uses Logo Stamps as a Finishing Touch When Shipping
Logo Stamps are one of our most popular types of stamp and while there are a ton of different ways to use a logo art stamp in small business today we are going to focus on our customer, JP at Texan Heartland, and how he uses logo stamps as a finishing touch when shipping his hot sauces and gourmet jams all over America.
Can you describe what your company does in a few sentences?
Texan Heartland currently produces hot sauces and gourmet jams... However our brand is much more than that. Our vision is to bring the essence of Texas to every table in America. To us, it’s not about the spice nor heat of our products... it’s about the flavor experience that enhances every gathering... whether that’s a guys afternoon of watching football and enjoying wings, a family gathering over a special event, or a ladies event with a charcuterie board and finger foods. Our goal is to enhance every social gathering through our flavors.
How did you get started? How did you get into the industry?
It all started by accident. It started through a personal weight loss journey. I (JP) was much larger than I am now. Back then, I ate 3 breakfast tacos at a local taco house, here in NW Houston. As I lost weight, I had to cut back to my tacos. After a while, I began trying to make healthy tacos at home. Sadly, I missed the flavors of the local taco house’s sauce. On July 2nd, 2023, I finally came up with something that was reminiscent of that sauce. I shared it with work peers. They loved it. I made more – put it in a bottle and shared it on Facebook... on July 2nd, 2023. Well... 5 people said they wanted to buy it. So, on July 3rd, 2023, Texan Heartland came into existence.
What was your experience buying a stamp from The StampMaker like? From browsing to designing to ordering?
Buying from the website was simple and painless. In my initial purchase, I was completely clueless of the various stamp options, size, etc. I didn’t even know that the website was guiding me towards certain products based on capacity. Now that I’m much more knowledgeable, I now understand what the website was doing. BRILLIANT! As we’ve considered various options for packaging and labeling, we’ve often referred to the website as a reference.
What stamp did you purchase and what do you use it for? Has it made easier or faster to get through your work?
We purchased the Maxlight XL 800 Pre Inked Rubber Stamp. We use this to brand all our shipping boxes. I opted for this because of the simplicity of use. While it does take time to reink itself, our current scale of operations isn’t impeded by this potential limitation. Rather, it gives us a simplistic, means of stamping all sides of our shipping boxes with our logo... creating an initial image/perception of having custom printed boxes for our products.
Is there anything else you would like people to know about using stamps in business? Tips, Tricks or something you found surprising?
All I can say is View Stampmakers.com videos on YouTube. They are INSANELY helpful in understanding the different types of stamps... their pros and cons.. which ultimately will be invaluable in shaping any purchase decision. Everyone’s needs are unique. Every business will need to assess their own needs against these pros and cons, to make the best informed decision for their own business.
Thank you JP and Texan Heartland for taking them time to answer our questions! We look forward to sampling your hot sauces and jams in the coming weeks at our holiday parties. Not to mention nestling a some jars into Christmas stocking along side a gift embosser or photo stamp.
