I ordered 2 stamps and 2 embossing stamps one handheld and one desktop, my first delivery i actually received 2 handhelds, i sent an email they responded in less than 24 hrs and had the correct one sent out and I received it within a couple days. They were as described, seems like good quality. I think my favorite part was the customer service, it is hard to find good customer service now days and for me that is the most important thing.
