From the Library of Embosser MS79 EZ Seal - Pocket

I wanted an embosser as a gift. I sent in the order with the three letters of the person’s name for the monogram. I put the letters in the order of first name, middle name, then last name. When they made the stamp, the initial from the middle name became the large central letter of the monogram. When the embosser arrived and I saw that the middle initial was the large letter in the center, I phoned the company. The representative I spoke with told me that the middle initial was large because of the way I listed the initials in the order (first, middle, last). I should have asked for first, last, then middle initial to get the last initial as the large center initial in the monogram. I saw my mistake, but I couldn’t use the stamp as a gift. The representative offered to have another stamp made with the initials in the order that I wanted free of charge. When the new stamp arrived, I was able to switch the stamps by removing the first stamp from the embosser, and sliding the new stamp into the slot. The new stamp was exactly what I wanted. The representative went beyond my wildest expectations to help correct my mistake and see that I was happy with their product.

Great embosser! I have thought about these from time to time and never really looked into them, then a friend of mine got one and I really liked it after I saw it, so I ordered one to use on the books in my library. I got the hand (pocket) style and it works great and is easy to use. The layout of my lettering and wording is what I hoped it would be. After using it some I discovered that it would be easier to emboss book pages if I had ordered the lettering turned 90 degrees to the 3-o-clock position so I could stamp it from the “open” side of the book instead of having to be careful holding the book page so that I don’t unintentionally tear it. But if it gets really annoying- for the price I’ll order a second one and correct that!

I have ordered this embosser as a baby gift. Always a big hit!
