This is the third embosser I have ordered and ai continue to be inpressed. This was my first with completely custom artwork and with setif fonts no less. I was worried the details of the text would not come through in the final imprint. Working with Adrian in customer service via email, we made sure the point size was large enough on the font (8pt - which is still pretty small) and it came out great! Custom always looks so sharp. This continues to be a great company to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The artwork is beautifully done. I thought this item was a metal embosser, but the embossing "plate" is actually some type of plastic, so I was pretty disappointed in that. Metal plates give a deep impression and this is just a little raised. Again, the artwork was exactly as I submitted, the detail is beautiful, and we received it in a timely manner. It's just not the metal quality with a deep impression that I was anticipating.

The product itself is really really excellent, and the results on paper look fantastic. What really makes it a 5/5 for me however, was the very helpful email correspondence with someone from TheStampMaker who gave great advice on the logo I had designed. In the end the design we settled on looks fantastic embossed on paper!

The turnaround time is so quick! It was in the mail to me less than 2 days after I ordered it. It's a high-quality embosser and does an awesome job stamping 24lb cotton paper. I ordered a custom design. The instructions were easy to follow to make sure I designed it correctly. I am happy with my purchase.

I had a small issue with my embosser not being clear in an area, and I sent them a message with a picture showing the problem. The very next morning, I had a message from Natalie stating that a new piece would be out in the mail that day. The problem was resolved in under a week. I highly recommend this company.

Did just what I needed. Took alot of experimenting to align the image right -- vertical and horizontal center lines on the top metal disk would be helpful -- but it imprinted well. I'd recommend this for occasional or moderate use as it makes a hand sore after a hundred imprints at a time.

Experience and everything was great! Stamp is just a bit uneven and one side doesn't press logo very well, otherwise, amazing!
Our embossers are made for 20# paper, so possibly your paper is a little thicker? We always stand behind our products and are happy to remake it if you are not satisfied!
