The stamp works fine, my issue is with the lack of information about the inks they use before purchase. As they explained when I complained - the stamps I bought use water based inks, compatible only with matte paper. On the semi-gloss postcards I bought for a mail marketing campaign, my brand new stamps smeared as I began using them - they needed to dry overnight to be smudge free, that’s just not realistic. They also said they have quick-dry inks that dry in a fraction of a second available for purchase. Where was that info before I dropped almost $100 on stamps? Your marketing folks need to be much more transparent with product descriptions and matching them to customer use-case scenarios. I tossed the stamps and reprinted my post card direct mail pieces.
