I've ordered 2 of these products in the recent months....and have enjoyed using both! I'm very impressed with the speed of production and shipping, as well as the quality of the device and imprints. I'll be ordering another one soon!

Embosser seems to be of good quality, and we're very happy with the imprint that it makes. Only problem was that it arrived damaged due to its packaging. We were able to fix it, but something of this size, shape, and weight really should be wrapped in bubble wrap and mailed in a box, rather than in an unpadded envelope. The company was willing to send us a new one if we couldn't fix it, so I did appreciate their customer service, as well.

Having trouble with it after following the video on how to adjust the stamp and videos aren't helpful. Really hoping I didn't break my embosser by following the how to steps...
