The stamp itself is great, correct info was on the stamp, black ink is good. My only complaint is it is VERY DIFFICULT to center the stamp on a check. There is a lot of extra space between the frame of the stamp and the stamp letters. I’m always stamping below the line on the back of a check where the endorsement is to go. I wish the top of the stamp frame could line up with the edge of the check so the endorsement printed on the line in the same position every time.

I would love to give this company and the stamp itself less than one star. This is my ninth stamp and the only one made so large I cannot fit it on Ohio automobile titles! They made it worse by including a border. The stamp itself is so big and bulky it won’t fit in my notary bag and did not come with a pouch as all my previous ones have. Customer service was of no use. They only said it was a custom order and met legal requirements and no refunds! I will never use this company again and would highly recommend against it!

I like the stamp and agree with another review that it is really, really large. Much larger than it looks on the picture. We keep the stamp with the deposit book in the bank bag and it's really too large for the bag. Had to break the deposit book up to keep them together. My suggestion, it really doesn't have to be that large to be fully functional

This is a great product. I bought several custom Trodat stamps in this size in 2022 and I am still using them frequently in 2026. If the ink goes dry, you can buy a small bottle of ink for $6-7 and a few drops will revitalize the pad for many more impressions. I keep expecting to have to replace it, but it still looks as good as the day that I bought it.

The turn around time was very fast and appreciated. It is a little difficult for me to center in the square that I need to stamp. My ink color is red and after a week of use already seems to be fading a bit, but so far so good.

Easy & perfect from start to finish. TheStampMaker.com is the easiest online company to work with in setting up what you want on your stamp...and I've tried other sites before. I was even able to use my own logo on the stamp. The self-inking (black) stamp is the perfect size and looks exactly how I had hoped. The stamp is nice, it's just larger than I thought it would be. I thought the impression on the work order would be what I received; however, it was much larger. It's still usable on some documents. Next time I will go smaller than actual proof.

It prints great! I have no complaints but I did miscalculate the image and got it little bigger than I wanted so i’ll probably order another after I shrink down the artwork some.

This is my third Maxlight XL pre-inked stamp. It's fantastic. Being able to design my own stamp and control the font, size, and image placement is great. Bought earlier this month. Stamp worked and looked great. I had to stamp approximately 900 envelopes prior to mailing. The image was very good and exactly as I ordered it. Here and there it would be a bit light on a word, but that was most likely how I applied the stamp. Overall, a great product. Was delivered as indicated on my order as I really needed it soonest. Not pleased. It either stamps way to dark in areas or most of the time, doesn't show up at all in several places. Will look at other dealers next time.
