The product arrived quickly and was easy to use. Unfortunately my address was too long for the design I chose and my envelopes heavy so the embossed address was almost impossible to read. I contacted the company and they could not have been nicer. They diagnosed the problem. They sent me a new embosser with a differ style of address and a desk model rather than a handheld model. It works great. I highly recommend this company.
