The product works fine, but I bought 2 bottles and only opened and used one and they have regulations where I can't return the unopened bottle. That is very disappointing and a waste.

HI Andy- Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we are unable to have the ink shipped back to us because you must have a hazardous shipping license per the U.S. Department of Transportation. This is not a company policy, it's a federal regulation we must abide by.
