I am very impressed with the service of this company! I made a spelling error and did not realize it until after I placed my order late at night. I immediately emailed for assistance and had received an next day stating my order was placed on hold until they heard from me further with clear instructions. You really have to lean into this thing in order to have it make a fully legible print. If you don't, it leaves off some part of what you want on the paper.
