I made a spelling error and did not realize it until after I placed my order late at night. I bought this for my son's wedding invitations. I uploaded my own design and it looks great! You really can't tell that the return address is stamped rather than printed. The stamp was shipped super quickly which was great. Took about a week or so to come in. Overall the size is good and it was exactly what I was wanting design wise. The main downfall is that it does not work great for what I was needing, which was stamping cardboard boxes. I can’t seem no matter if I press and hold, double tap, rock it back and forth, any technique I can think get the full image to transfer it’s always broken in one or more spots. I have also tried it on regular paper and it’s hit and miss as well. Not sure if it’s my design or I possibly just got a flawed stamp? But unfortunately isn’t working great for what I needed.
Thank you for taking the time to supply feedback! Typically, we don't recommend a self inking stamp for cardboard because you need to have a completely flat surface in order to apply consistent pressure to make a quality impression. Because cardboard is corrugated, it is difficult to evenly apply pressure. We recommend a wood handle stamp with a separate stamp pad for this so you can better control the pressure across the surface. It is also critical the cardboard is flat (not assembled) and not stacked on other cardboard. You want the surface as flat as possible. I will email you a link to our tips and tricks for stamping on boxes.

The stamp itself is great, correct info was on the stamp, black ink is good. My only complaint is it is VERY DIFFICULT to center the stamp on a check. There is a lot of extra space between the frame of the stamp and the stamp letters. I’m always stamping below the line on the back of a check where the endorsement is to go. I wish the top of the stamp frame could line up with the edge of the check so the endorsement printed on the line in the same position every time.

Easy & perfect from start to finish. TheStampMaker.com is the easiest online company to work with in setting up what you want on your stamp...and I've tried other sites before. I was even able to use my own logo on the stamp. The self-inking (black) stamp is the perfect size and looks exactly how I had hoped. A stamp should be just a stamp, right? There were two issues with my order. First, I paid for express postage (after Christmas btw) to be received by Decmeber 28-29. I needed it on Dec 30 for a birthday. It arrived on Jan 2. What did I pay express for then? Also, the stamp is self inking and it does not ink uniformly. So, at this point I cannot recommend this company. There was another company I used and received a perfectly good stamp with a custom logo, as this was.

I do have to get used to the fact that you don't have to press it down very hard like my previous stamps from another source. I ordered a stamp to use for return address/ logo on a full box of window envelopes I already had.. The ink is faint at times…… especially when first using it and for the first 5-10 stamps. It also takes a lot of force to get the ink applied across the entire area of the stamp.

I ordered a fairly large stamp with multiple lines of text and was a little concerned about the quality, as I had never ordered from The Stampmaker before. I was thrilled with how my stamp came out!! The text was clear, the lines were straight, and the ink color was just what I wanted. The stamp was delivered FAST within just a few days. I should also mention that the size guide for the online temple was awesome; other custom stamp makers online do not offer that, and it makes all the difference when creating a custom stamp. Turned out great with loads of text and multiple lines, included checkboxes, too. Vibrant blue ink that is consistent across the stamp. Easy design process and good customer service, too

This purchase was to replace an older stamp from them - the person I bought the stamp for got married and wanted a replacement to change her name.
It was a NIGHTMARE, trying to find/get the design software/windows to replicate the old stamp. I simply could NOT get it to work.
I sent a copy/print of the existing (first generation) stamp to them and one of they agents very quickly took care of the essential problem - she was able to re-create the stamp exactly as it had been, with the new name. That's all I wanted to do so it worked.
Beyond that, the cost, shipping and timing was outstanding.

I had purchased another return label stamper from another company and it was awful. This one is great! The stamp is clear and dark. easy to use, easy to store. I would recommend this and purchase again.

Easy to order online. Arrived within 1 week. The stamp is very lightweight, the spring mechanism is, well, springy, and the print is super clear. This is a really nice stamp but it's brand new so hopefully it will stay like this for some time.

Uploaded the artwork and ordered the stamp. It was in the mail the next day and arrived as soon as the USPS could deliver.
The stamp works well: it produces a dark, crisp image.
We'd ordered a similar stamp about a decade ago -- and it is still working well.
