They worked with me before the order to locate an order made 4 years ago. It was delivered promptly and was excellent quality. The only issue was I intended to use the stamp with paint, not ink. The lettering could have been “deeper”. I don’t know if it’s available and I didn’t think to ask. My fault, not the company’s.

Hello! Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the depth to be deeper as our stamps are made for ink, not paint. However, you can try applying the paint with a roller to see if it thins the paint enough to work with the stamp.
