I had trouble uploading my design and customer service was great and helpful. They also helped me figure out how to ask for the die only, without the wood block, as I use a stamp positioner that can't accomodate the block. When it arrived, the stamp worked perfectly. The only downside? I thought it was a bit pricey, as the cost of the block was not subtracted from the price. But I guess that's business.
