I purchased this to replace another address embosser that had served well for more than 20 years. It still provided deep embossing but was a bit uneven in so doing. I sought this MS420 as a successor. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in my purchase. This StampMaker product provided only shallow embossing even on relatively thin envelopes and other paper surfaces I tried. The end result was simply unusable because the resulting stamp was barely legible. I discarded the MS420 and ordered a metal-based embosser from another source that has now arrived and is far more satisfactory.

We are always happy to refund or relace a product that a customer is not satisfied with. We have not heard any other complaints on our embossers but will check the engraving depth! We appreciate the feedback!
