We guarantee to replace any manufacturer's defect for 90 days from the date of purchase.

POLICY FOR STAMPMAKER (CREATE A STAMP) ONLINE ORDERS

We will remake, or refund your purchase price on up to 5 stamps ordered through our online StampMaker program, when the stamps are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If you need over 5 stamps and are not sure if you will like the stamps, we ask that you order a few at first to make sure that they are acceptable to you. 

This policy applies for any reason except for the following:
1. Customer typographical errors.
2. Sizing errors - either character height or overall size (please notice the actual dimensions listed on the screen, since screen resolution can often distort size.)

We have this policy in place because all of our products are custom, and take time to custom make and also take time to rework if they are returned. 

POLICY FOR OTHER PRODUCTS NOT ORDERED THROUGH OUR STAMPMAKER ONLINE PROGRAM (i.e.. custom band stamps, artwork stamps and all other items not ordered through the StampMaker program)

On all products other than those ordered through the StampMaker online program, we guarantee to replace any manufacturers defect in our stamps for 90 days from the date of purchase. For any other returns, a restocking charge may apply.
