We guarantee to replace any manufacturer's defect for
90 days from the date of purchase
We will remake, or refund your purchase price on up to 5 stamps ordered through
our online StampMaker program, when the stamps are returned to us within
30
days of purchase. If you need more than 5 stamps, and are not sure
if you will like the
stamps, we ask that you order a few at first to make sure that they are
acceptable to you.
This policy applies for any reason except for the following:
1. Customer typographical errors
2. Sizing errors - either character height or overall size (since screen resolution can often
distort size, please notice the
actual dimensions listed on the screen)
We have this policy in place because all of our products are custom, and take
time to custom make.
For any other returns, a restocking charge may
apply.
