We guarantee to replace any manufacturer's defect for 90 days from the date of purchase.

We will remake, or refund your purchase price on up to 5 stamps, when the stamps are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If you need more than 5 stamps, and are not sure if you will like the stamps, we ask that you order a few at first to make sure that they are acceptable to you. 

This policy applies for any reason except for the following:
1. Customer typographical errors
2. Sizing errors - either character height or overall size (our online program allows a .pdf proof before ordering)

We have this policy in place because all of our products are custom, and take time to custom make.
