TIPS FOR EMAILING ARTWORK

  • We accept black and white line art images. Please do not send photographs, shades of gray or color images.
  • Send files in .eps, .tif, .xls or .pdf format.
  • If stamping on glossy or non-porous surfaces, click here for our Quick Dry options!
  • Image resolution should be 600dpi..
  • Please submit the artwork as you would like it on your stamp. We do not alter any artwork.
  • We will be using a PC version of Adobe Illustrator CS3, Corel Draw X3 or Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to open your file.
  • If using Adobe Illustrator, please convert the text to outlines. 
  • In the text of your email, include the finished size of the stamp and a contact phone number . To complete the order we will also need shipping and credit card information. You can send this with your artwork or call/email it later.
  • We prefer you do not send .doc or .txt files since formatting & text are often altered. If you do decide to submit a file in this form, please also fax a copy to 800-451-7677 to ensure your stamp is correct.
  • MAC USERS: Please do not use "Stuff It" to send us your file. Also, if you are using Adobe Illustrator, please save your file down to an Adobe Illustrator 8.0 file.

PRICING

  • Artwork pricing is based on the stamp area.
  • Prices for wood handle stamps are based on total square inches. Multiply the length x width to determine total square inches. Prices are $25.75 for 6 square inches or less. Add $1.50 for each additional square inch. If you are not comfortable quoting your own price, email us the artwork & we will send you a quote!
  • For self inking stamps with artwork, add $10.00 to self inking or pre inked price. The minimum self inking artwork price is $25.75. If you need help in determining the price, please email the artwork to sales@thestampmaker.com and we will quote it for you!
  • If you would like us to add text to you artwork, please email the artwork and the text to sales@thestampmaker.com and we will quote it for you!
  • Volume discounts apply for larger orders.
  • Shipping: $1.95 US Mail (for orders under $15), $4.85 US Priority Mail (for orders under $40) or UPS Ground $7.45+ for larger packages.

Our stamps are made from a photo polymer, not the traditional red rubber. If you prefer red rubber we can get that for you, but it may take a little longer and be slightly more expensive.

We do not make stamps from copyrighted artwork.
