It was nice to create a personalized stamp for my students' school-run business, but unfortunately the stamp does not seem to stamp evenly--parts of the stamp do not appear even when pressing down hard on it. I used stamp pads purchased from this website as well, which did not seem to give off much ink and only showed a very faint stamp when used.

We are so sorry that you are experiencing issues with your product. When stamping a larger stamp it can be tricky to get a good impression. Customer Service has sent you a video on tips and tricks to help, including hitting the stamp pad multiple times to pick up ink and stamping on a totally flat surface. If you continue to have problems we are happy to refund you!
