My last name has two capital letters ( which can be confusing.) Customer service was TERRIFIC! The stamp arrived in a timely manner! The capital letters in my last name were perfect. The embosser did not work on my Christmas card envelopes. The embosser did work on another envelope but the street number and street name were not legible. I am sorry to say I will not be able to use this item.
